Frequently Asked Questions

How do payments work?

You are required to pay a 50% deposit on the day you book with me and the second half of the payment on the day of your appointment.

Do you offer "TFP" services?

 If you require hair/makeup services for a TFP ("Time for Pay") or collaboration event photoshoot or fashion show, please do not book an appointment. I will not be doing any services for "free exposure" as compensation. 

Will I have to provide my own makeup products at my appointment?

I will have all of the products that you need for your appointment, however you are more than welcome to have your go-to products with you!

Do I have to book a consultation before I book my appointment?

Yes, all new clients are required to book a virtual consult with me via Zoom or FaceTime before booking an appointment. If we have worked together before, you do not need to book a  consultation with me. However, if you need to book one, you are more than welcome to do so!

What if I already booked my appointment, and suddenly test positive for Covid-19 and/or have cold/flu-like symptoms? Will I lose my deposit?

No, your deposit will be saved for a rescheduled appointment at a later date once you are symptom free. Your test results must also be negative in order to proceed with re-booking your appointment.
