Booking Policies
Dear clients, please read the following information carefully before you book your appointment!
Covid-19 Safety
My clients' health & safety is my #1 priority when providing my services. With that being said, all products are washed, sterilized and sanitized before & after its use. If you have your own beauty products that you love and prefer to use, you are more than welcome to have them at your appointment. Regardless, everything that you need is provided for you. If you have/had any Covid-19 or are experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days, please refrain from booking any appointments to ensure safety. Please wait until after you are symptom free to book your appointment.

Booking: Consultations and Appointments
You must book a virtual consultation with me before you book your appointment, via Zoom or FaceTime. I want to be able to know what makeup look you need for your event beforehand so that way I can be prepared to create. Once we discuss what service(s) you need, you can go ahead and book your appointment. Before you send your deposit, you are required to sign an agreement stating that you understand my booking policy. Once I have received your signature, you may proceed with the payments. You are required to pay a 50% deposit the day you book your appointment and the other 50% of your payment on the day of your appointment via E-transfer. Please be mindful of the time you need to be at your event. Both Makeup will take 1 hour-1.5 hours to complete, depending on the service you require. In a case where you are a booking more than one service or group of people requiring my services (bridal party, dance team, etc) it will take 3-5 hours to complete. Depending on your group size, the larger you are, the more time will be needed to complete each service, which is not an issue. I want you to be able to enjoy the process of getting glammed up without rushing or stress so please plan your schedule accordingly!

Cancellations/ Late Policies
If you cancel your appointment, you will not get your deposit refunded back to you. If I arrive to your location and you are 15-20 minutes late, you are required to pay a $25 late fee. However, if I arrive at your location and you let me know that you are going to be late 15-20 minutes before your appointment starts, I will not charge you the late fee. If you are more than 30-40 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. Please be mindful that there may be other clients after you and I cannot wait for you, as your appointments will overlap. Unless there is an emergency and/or I have extra time in my schedule, I will try my best to work with the time I have left and/or add time to your appointment. It takes time to travel around the GTA and set up my station so please respect my time. If your appointment is cancelled, due to a Covid-19 related issue/ any emergency, you will be able to re-schedule your appointment for a later date and your deposit will go to that later appointment.

Client Etiquette
You are required to maintain a professional attitude on the day of your appointment. I ask that you respect my tools and products while I provide you my services. Any damages caused due to reckless/inappropriate behaviour will require a replacement fee of $300. I need to be able to focus in order to complete my services so kindly respect my work space. If you need to answer an urgent phone call/text during your appointment, please let me know so I can pause what I am doing. If it is not urgent, please wait until your service is finished to answer any calls/texts so that way there are no delays in getting you ready.

No-Tolerance Policy
Any form of bullying, harassment, racism, etc will not be tolerated at all. Any form of disrespect/ill- mannered behaviour towards me and/or others in the environment will result in your service being cancelled immediately and you will not get your payment refunded back to you. If the environment is unsafe for me to work in, by rights I will leave and your appointment will be cancelled. Please do not be intoxicated and/or under the influence of any drug(s) during your appointment. I cannot work with you if you are not 100% sober, as it makes it difficult to complete my job. You will not be allowed to book any services with me in the future as a result of your poor behaviour.
